These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mp3Juice app for Android ("the App"), published by Mobiventura ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Mp3Juice lets you search for and listen to music and build a personal library and playlists. The App does not require an account or sign‑in. The free version may display advertisements. Where offered, an optional Premium subscription unlocks additional features: downloading songs, albums and playlists for offline listening, lyrics, an equalizer and a sleep timer.
We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. Some features, including Premium, may not be offered in every region, on every device or at every time.
When Premium is offered in the App:
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. The App may offer to turn off full‑screen advertisements for a limited time in return for watching a rewarded advertisement. This ad‑free period has no monetary value, cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Songs downloaded with Premium are saved on your device for your personal, non‑commercial listening. You may not redistribute, sell, publicly perform or otherwise exploit downloaded content. Downloaded files stay on your device until you delete them.

Music and related content in the App is provided by an online catalogue that we do not own, host or control. The catalogue is not filtered: songs, lyrics and artwork may contain explicit language, violence, sexual themes or references to drugs. We make no promises about the content's accuracy, availability or legality, and content may become unavailable at any time. Your use of it may be subject to the catalogue provider's own terms, and you are responsible for using it lawfully and with respect for the rights of its owners. The App is for personal, non‑commercial use only.
The App also relies on Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Google Firebase, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The App, including its design, code and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks, logos or branding. Music and other content accessed through the App remains the property of its respective owners.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Mp3Juice Privacy Policy, which explains what information the App handles and why.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free or secure, or that any content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Ending your use of the App does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play as described above. Termination does not affect your rights under Google Play's subscription and refund policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
