Welcome to Mobiventura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications and website (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Mobiventura application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Our Services

Mobiventura develops and publishes mobile applications available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available."

User Accounts

Some of our apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
  • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code through our Services
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our Services without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the property of Mobiventura and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are:

  • Processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)
  • Subject to the app store's refund policies
  • Non-transferable between platforms

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of any information provided

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobiventura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruptions
  • Device damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific app or service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is harmful to other users or our business interests
  • Is illegal or fraudulent

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our apps or website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
