Rapid Proof is a camera app that records video and burns the current date, time and location into every frame. This policy explains what the app does with your data. The short version: your recordings, your location and your audio never leave your phone. Mobiventura runs no server for this app and receives no data from it.

The app does not collect analytics, does not show ads, does not use advertising identifiers, has no user accounts, and does not send crash reports to Mobiventura.
If you deny a permission, the related feature is skipped: without location the video shows "acquiring location…" instead of coordinates; without microphone the video is recorded silently. The app never refuses to work because of a denied permission other than camera.
In Settings you can turn on "coarse location in video". The coordinates burned into the video are then rounded to roughly 1 km. The precise location is still kept in the on-device archive so you can find the recording, but it is not in the video file you share.
Recordings are ordinary video files in your phone's shared media storage. They stay until you delete them, either from the app's archive or with any file manager or gallery app. Deleting a recording in the app removes both the video file and its archive entry. Uninstalling the app removes the app's settings and archive database; video files in Movies/RapidProof remain on your device unless you delete them.
The app opts out of Android's automatic cloud backup, so its settings and archive are not copied to your Google account.
Sharing a recording is always your action, through the Android share sheet. Whatever you share goes only to the app or person you choose. Mobiventura is not involved in the transfer.
Rapid Proof is not directed to children under 13 and Mobiventura does not knowingly collect any data from children. The app collects no personal data from anyone.
If the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated and the effective date changed. Material changes will also be described in the app's Google Play listing.
