These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tubidy application ("the App", "we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Tubidy is a free, ad-supported music app for Android that lets you search for and stream music, build a personal library and playlists, and download tracks for offline playback using an in-app credit system. The App does not require an account or sign-in.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features of the App at any time without notice.

3. Credits and Advertisements

• The App uses an in-app credit system. Credits are required to download tracks for offline playback.
• Credits can be earned through in-app methods, such as watching rewarded advertisements, and may be granted through promotions or notifications.
• Credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased for cash, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for money or any other consideration.
• We may change, expire, or reset credit balances and the rules of the credit system at any time.
• The App is supported by advertisements provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob). By using the App, you agree to the display of these advertisements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or any third-party services it relies on.
• Manipulate, exploit, or abuse the credit or rewarded-ads system (for example, through automated tools, fraud, or tampering).
• Use the App to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

The App provides access to music and related content that is sourced from third-party services. We do not own, host, or control this content, and we make no representations about its accuracy, availability, or legality.

Your use of third-party content and services may be subject to those third parties' own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content complies with applicable laws and the rights of content owners. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

The App also relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

Music and media content accessed through the App remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the App collects and how it is used. Please review it to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will always be available. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
